Los Olivos Day in the Country 2026

IF YOU REGISTER AFTER 10/6 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE FULL AND DON'T ALLOW ONSITE VENDOR REGISTRATION.

This is an application for booth space at Los Olivos Day in the Country on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10 - 5 p.m.

We carefully curate booth vendor applications to reflect the spirit of our “Day in the Country” theme. Space limitations determine vendor booth availability. Vendor Booths are setup along _______. Please register early to secure your spot. Vendors will be notified if they are approved.

VENDOR BOOTH RATES (Non-Profit Rate):
Single Space (10 X 10) – $175 (Arts&Crafts)
Double Space (20 X 10) - $275
Food Truck-Trailer - $275

- No electricity available (if you need to bring a generator, please indicate that on your application).
- No WIFI available.
- Limited cell service in Los Olivos, so please be prepared to take payments offline.
- No ATM in town.
- Reserve by October 1st, 2026, to guarantee a space. There will be no refunds after Oct 1, 2026.
- You must provide your own tables and set-up. (Keep in mind, it can be windy or sunny at times, so you should be prepared to anchor your display/tables/tents and provide your own shade).
- All booths need to be completely set up by 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event.
- All vehicles must be off the street by 8 a.m. After 8 a.m. exhibitors must hand-carry items to the booths (Noncompliance with this may affect obtaining space in future Los Olivos events).
- PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED AT BOOTH.
- Vendor parking is available in local parking lots and non-restricted street parking.
- FOR PUBLIC SAFETY: No spray string, toy guns, caps or exploding devices are permitted.
- FOOD BOOTHS must comply with Santa Barbara County Health Regulations. You must have a current Mobile Food Facility Permit through Santa Barbara County.
-The “Day in the Country” event takes place rain or shine.
