This Memorial Day Weekend, step into the spirit of the American West through a special exhibition by Teal Blake at Mattei’s Tavern. Shaped by a childhood in Montana’s ranching country, Blake’s work is rooted in lived experience and a deep reverence for Western heritage. Rendered in watercolor, his pieces capture the grit and imperfection of cowboy life, from unpolished figures to the dynamic movement of bucking broncs, offering a perspective that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
