Join our culinary team to learn the art of cleaning, opening, and preparing fresh sea urchin, then create a selection of elegant, bite-sized dishes that highlight its delicate flavor. Alongside your creations, enjoy an exclusive tasting of old and new world wines—both sparkling and still—carefully paired to complement each bite.
